We, had such a wonderful time at Kym and Eric’s gorgeous beach house in Manyana recently! The house looks stunning inside and out with such a wonderful beach vibe all the way through the interior. Beautiful and comfortably furnished we were spoilt for choice of 2 well sized living areas, 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 2 lovely bathrooms, so a fabulous setup to travel with 2 adult sons, space for everybody.The kitchen had everything you wished for, plenty of crockery, cutlery, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven… you name it, the pantry was caringly stocked with spices, tea, and knickknacks you never think of bringing for the first couple of days and beyond. We were blessed with great weather most days but the fireplace inside could have also kept us warm if needed plus there was an aircon as well. Add to that there were many gorgeous and cosy throws and blankets to cuddle in if you felt an evening chill.The outside area gave us the choice of a cosy backyard deck looking into the well sized grassy backyard which our dog loved to run around in, plus an undercover BBQ area, or we could sit upstairs on the big verandah with uninterrupted views across the ocean to Green Island. It was definitely our favourite place to be when home.
Manyana is a sleepy quiet little village, the beach is a mere 300m walk down the road and most days we had it almost to ourselves. A highlight was our walks to the neighbouring village Bendalong to meet the local stingrays and eaglerays! Such an incredible experience! A cafe and a small deli is also here and for bigger grocery shopping we would drive 20 min to Milton, a lovely little town with a cute selection of homeware, antiques and lifestyle stores and cafes…

Our family loved our stay in Surfers Delight Beach House. My family felt very at home . There is so much space, the house is so well appointed and the views are mesmerising. We loved the long beach walks, then the sunsets drinks on the deck – bliss. We will be back.

After our long lock-down it was time to have a change of scenery’s I rented Kym’s lovely beach house for a week. Views are spectacular. With 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living rooms it suits both adults only and family groups equally well.
The kitchen is very well equipped with coffee machine and dishwasher, and plenty of everything you need. I noticed a dog would be well provided for with undercover area and generous secure grassed areas.
A very comfortable set up with lots attention to detail for our comfort. The upstairs has three sides of glass with great island and distant views. We had a lot of wet weather so we found this room fantastic to play many games.
We loved the lovely wraps provided to use when we sat on the balcony watching the stunning sunsets.
We recommend a visit to Cupitts the boutique winery at Milton and don’t miss the laid-back stingrays at Boat ramp Bendalong.
We love our break will be back.

What a delight!
Kym’s eye for style and love of design has created a beautifully furnished and well-equipped holiday house. With 4 bedrooms and multiple living areas it is big enough for multiple families or groups of friends while also cosy enough for a couple to enjoy on their own.
Whether it’s swimming, surfing, long beach walks, curling up with a good book or visiting the nearby towns, restaurants and wineries, I always enjoy my getaways here. Great location, exceptionally clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Thank you Kym for making ‘Surfers Delight Beach House’ such a lovely place to stay. Will be back again soon.

We loved our stay at Kym and Eric’s home. The home is beautifully decorated and has amazing ocean views to Green Island with the added bonus of sunset views over the hinterland. It was always tough to decide which way to sit during our afternoon drinks on the large upstairs balcony. With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas, there is plenty of room for 2 families.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there and the location is perfect, only 200m to the beach. The garage is perfect for storing all your toys. Whether it is kayaking on Lake Conjola, mountain biking in Conjola National Park or surfing at the many local breaks, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy.
Jodi and I look forward to staying at Surfers Delight Beach House in the future and highly recommend it.
